Every price on this site includes 21% VAT. Delivery is priced per day and shown before you pay. Nothing is charged until you press the button that says it will charge you.

Plants come in batches, so sold out is a state and not an error. If a size sells out you can join its waitlist; a place on the list charges nothing and holds nothing until you claim it.

If a batch fails between your order and its packing, we tell you and refund that line in full rather than sending a lesser plant.

Leaf count, height and variegation differ from plant to plant. The photographs and the drawings on this site show the size and habit, not the exact specimen you receive.

Thirty days from delivery, one claim per plant, replacement rather than return. The detail is on the returns page.

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. We can close an account that is used to abuse the guarantee, and we will say why.

Lithuanian law applies, and the courts of Vilnius have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, none of this removes the rights your own country gives you.
